Chapter Takes it Home for the Second Time: Herbet L. Brown Outstanding
Chapter of the Year Award
On August 2008, at Phi Sigma Kappa's Annual Shonk Undergraduate Leadership School held in Indianapolis, Indiana our chapter was most honored to receive the Herbert L. Brown Outstanding Chapter of the Year Award.
Previously, The Chapter had received the award in its earlier days in the year 2005, when the chapter began to experience positive results in recruitment and in campus involvement.
Phi Sigma Kappa selects the chapter by reviewing an Awards Packet Application in which every chapter in great detail identifies their most admirable highlights, processes and accomplished goals of their specific chapter.
The Gamma Triton Chapter was pleased to receive the award after an effective year focusing diligently on new member recruitment and education, chapter involvement on campus and better philanthropic initiatives.
